We use Airbnb and Bookabach to advertise your properties on. We don't currently have a booking system on our own website but Guests can book directly with us. We will also advertise promotional deals through our own site and Guests will need to book with us directly to redeem these promotions.

Depending on the service package you have chosen with us, you will be paid fortnightly or monthly and directly into your nominated bank account.

The Guest pays a fee for cleaning which is on top of the booking revenue that we generate for you.

As per your contract, you may be responsible for the cost of restocking of amenities, any lawn-mowing or garden services, any maintenance issues or repairs. If applicable, this money is deducted from your fortnightly/monthly pay out. There is also an annual fee if linen is provided by us.

The Property is yours and you advise when you need to book out the time for yourself. We kindly request ample warning to ensure there is no overlapping of paying guests already booked in. Better still, if you know a period or times of the year when you will require the property, we can book that time out in the calendar. The property's availability is completely over to you.

At Coastal Escapes NZ, we offer two different management fee options depending on whether you provide on-going supplies for kitchens, bathrooms, and linen, or whether you prefer us to handle these needs.

If you supply these items yourself, our management fee is 15% of the rental income. However, if you choose to have Coastal Escapes provide the supplies and linen, our management fee is 22%. This allows you the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your needs and convenience.
