AMENITIES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

Each of our properties include a few essential items for your convenience:​

  • 250ml bottle of milk in the fridge*

  • Tea, coffee and sugar*

  • Toilet paper*

  • Shampoo, conditioner and body wash*

  • Majority of our properties include hair dryers and straighteners for your use

*Please note that these items may not last the duration of your stay, after which time you may need to replenish yourself.

Linen

BED AND BATH LINEN

  • Majority of our properties include hotel quality bed linen (1,000 thread count) and bathroom linen (bath towels, bath mat, hand towels, flannels)

  • Bath towels - one per person for short stays, two per person for stays over 4 days

  • Pillows, duvets and extra blankets are also available for use

Please note that we do not supply beach towels so we recommend that you bring these with you. 

Bath towels are not to be taken out of the property, not to be used at the beach or pool.

Weekly Linen

ADDITIONAL WEEKLY LINEN SERVICE

  • If you are booked to stay in one of our properties for more than 7 days, we can arrange for a re-stock of your linen - this includes bed sheets, bath towels and tea towels - at no extra charge. 

  • You will however be required to strip and remake the beds, unless you have arranged for an additional cleaning service (see below).

Additional Cleaning

ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICES

  • For an extra fee and by arrangement, we can organise for an interim clean during your stay. 

  • This might include a light house clean (vacuum and bathroom clean) and may also include changing out your bedding for fresh sheets.

Baby Equipment

BABY EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE

For your convenience, we have baby equipment available for hire:

  • Highchair - $15 

  • Bassinet - $20 

  • Portacot - $25 

Hire price is for the duration of your stay.  Please contact us book, subject to availability.

Please note we do not supply bedding for the portacot/bassinet.

Special Requests

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have a celebration during you stay, we would be happy to make a few arrangements on your behalf, so that items are available on arrival, to help make the occasion more special.

We can arrange for:

  • Flowers

  • Champagne/beer to be chilling in the fridge

  • Celebratory cake

Please note that this service is subject to Property location and there is a small fee for our services. 

Items will need to be paid for in full and in advance of your visit.
